An exhausting day beginning with a 7.15 ride into Saigon where we boarded a similar boat to yesterday and took off at high speed (about 40 to 50 knots from the Yamaha 200)Through the centre of Saigon to the confluence of waterways that make up the Mekong Delta,there followed a cultural tour of Temples,markets and village walks and ended at the town of Long An where we had a lunch of local food at an orphanage that is partially sponsored by the tour company.Then another Temple visit followed by a high speed dash back to Saigon arriving back at the Villa about 16.00 in dire need of a beer or six,which brings us to the present.
Tomorrow off to Nha Trang.
