La Spezia and Pisa

Could not go to San Margharita and Portofino because of problems with local authorities that Mandi was unable to conciliate ....

    Did you ask why they didnt just build it straight in the first place? It was probably done on purpose for tourism.

    Hope you've been sampling the goods of the vineyards over there!
